Nancy Pitroda (Clinic Director)

Physiotherapist

À propos

Nancy graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. She is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping patients improve their movement and overall quality of life, no matter where they are in their journey. Her goal is to support patients in returning to their pre-injury activities, whether that involves work, sports, family life, or personal hobbies.

She uses a combination of manual, hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, taping, dry needling, and various modalities to help reduce pain and improve function. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, believing it is essential for effective recovery and long-term injury prevention. Her approach includes thorough assessments to identify root causes, followed by individualized treatment plans that address biomechanical deficits, movement dysfunctions, and other barriers to recovery.

From the beginning of her career, Nancy has been driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, with a special interest in women’s health. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and has completed additional certifications in dry needling, concussion management, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation.

She is able to assess and treat conditions related to dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders, helping patients regain confidence and stability in their daily lives.

Nancy works with women across all life stages, supporting conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and bladder or bowel dysfunction, including incontinence, urgency, and frequency. She has a growing passion for supporting mothers and strives to provide compassionate care throughout all phases of life, including pregnancy and menopause.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys painting, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
